In these times, it's especially important to support local businesses. This includes beauty - and we've got you covered with the hottest Colombian beauty brands of the moment.

Hello loves! We're back with another edition of TLL beauty; this time, it's all about #local. We asked, you answered: this blog post isn't just curated by us, but by your recommendations of the brands you love. We hope this helps you discover more local beauty and inspires you to try out new products. You can also share this post with your friends that are looking to support small businesses in the wake of this pandemic. Every purchase counts for our local brands so replenish here are some products and shops to replenish your beauty counter:

Loto del Sur

"The unleashed power of plants. Premium Cosmetics from Latin America."

Premium is right - Loto del Sur gives off a luxe vibe and makes you feel like you're going all out for a self-care session (even if you're only moisturizing your face). Their products - yes, all of them - smell even more amazing than they look. They use botanical ingredients from our country to create the most deliciously-scented candles, exfoliating scrubs, shaving creams, face serums, lotions and perfumes, etc etc etc. Literally everything. And can we talk about their design and store aesthetic? The Parisian vibes and glamorous feel are the cherry on top (as if we needed any more convincing to buy everything).

We love you, Loto. Also, they recently unveiled large antibacterials/hand sanitizers amid scarcity in times of the Coronavirus.

Nicole Ravachi Beauty

Love feeling like a #glam top model when doing your skincare routine? Then you need Nicole Ravachi in your life. Look at the packaging and design of her serums! But beyond that, some of our followers have said they swear by her hydrating serums for sensitive skin (pictured: Calm) & her overnight toning serum. Also, look at Ravachi's skin: clearly, her stuff works. Our verdict: You don't need anything but NR to look like a million dollars. Shop here!

Taller de Hierbas

This small family-owned business highlights a holistic, eco-friendly lifestyle based on nature's aromas and plants. While we haven't used their products (yet), you guys recommended them on our latest IG post. They have a variety of scents and promote aromatherapy ( i love essential oils so I'm so excited to try them). This brand also makes organic soaps which are packaged in recycled and biodegradable materials. We love their commitment to wellness & feel-good vibes! In fact, they're recently offering a workshop where their idea is to create a space for conversation about feelings, wellness, self-love, and more. Find them here and try them out with us.

Sublimme Co

Last but not least, Sublimme Co.It's founder, Manuela Angel, was a skincare blogger. After a long search for products that made her look and feel gorgeous, she was inspired to launched her own line. This fairly-new brand has 2 offerings to date: Get Glowy and I'm Pretty.

Get Glowy is made out of natural extracts and reviews say it delivers deep hydration to your skin & leaves you glowing! It also looks amazing, as pictured above. Who doesn't want to hydrate their skin with a mask that looks like pure gold?

I'm Pretty is a watermelon-based exfoliating mask designed to gently remove dead cells. Also derived from natural ingredients including watermelon, aloe vera, strawberry and honey, this pretty mask will revive your skin and leave your face feeling fresh!
